Seth and his wife, Edie, joined the Park Hill Baptist Church family in August 2017. 

Seth, who is pursing a doctorate at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, has a passion to see all people come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and to see them growing in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior.

Philip, along with his wife Jenna, joined the PHBC family in November 2023. He quickly became involved, leading the worship team, recruiting musicians, and updating church technology. A doctoral student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Philip brings decades of ministry experience and serves as the director of counseling at City Union Mission. The Garvins' deep love for the Lord and the local church is reflected in their ministry and relationships.

Matt Proctor joined the PHBC family in March 2024. He’s a student at Spurgeon College and spent his first five months in ministry connecting with youth, planning a wedding, and raising full funding for summer camp. Matt and his wife, Sarah, are hard workers with a deep love for the Lord and PHBC youth.

Raegan McVay, wife to Nick, holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Central College. She’s passionate about building relationships to share Christ’s love and has a heart for children's ministry. Raegan also loves being mom to Elliot, her adorable 2-year-old son, who is a big fan of Bluey.
