SETH ROSS

Lead Pastor

Seth and his wife, Edie, joined the Park Hill Baptist Church family in August 2017. 

Seth, who is pursing a doctorate at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, has a passion to see all people come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and to see them growing in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior.

MATT PROCTOR

Youth/Worship Pastor

Matt Proctor joined the PHBC family in March 2024. He graduated from Spurgeon College in December of 2025. He currently fills the roles of Worship and Youth Pastor at PHBC. He has a strong desire to see teens grow in their knowledge of love of Jesus Christ and a desire to help the whole congregation enter into worship. Him and his wife, Sarah, love outreach and helping those hurting in our community!

 

 

RAEGAN MCVAY

Executive Admin. Assistant

Raegan McVay (and husband Nick) joined the PHBC family in 2019. She’s passionate about building relationships to share Christ’s love and has a heart for children's ministry. Raegan also loves being mom to her boys; Elliott and Simeon!

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Our Leadership Team is a group of 1 Timothy 3: 1-7 qualified men who help oversee the ministry of the Word and Prayer at PHBC. This team leads in pursuing accountability, sound doctrine, discipleship and prayer in all the ministries at PHBC.

Seth Ross

Seth oversees all ministries at PHBC, continually seeking to raise up new leaders and recruit workers who can serve in various capacities. Discipleship is central to PHBC’s leadership, and while all ministries require oversight, it’s the faithful group leaders and those they disciple who make PHBC’s ministries thrive, growing as they pursue the Lord.

Brad Belcher

Brad Belcher and his wife, Chesley, have been a pillar of encouragement in the PHBC family for decades. Brad is a servant leader who is involved in many ministries at PHBC including worship team, deacons, welcome team and more. 

Nick McVay

Nick and his wife, Raegan come to us from Keokuk, IA, and have been married since August 2018. Nick and Raegan moved to KC to pursue Nick's education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nick has a heart for counseling and to see the Lord glorified in the local church.
