Seth Ross, Lead Pastor

Seth has a passion to see all people come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and to see them growing in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior. Seth joined the Park Hill Baptist Church family in August 2017 after serving the local body of Christ in Hutchinson, Kan. for six years. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Washburn University (Topeka, Kan.), a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is working on a Doctoral Studies program at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Seth and his wife, Edie, have three boys: Ryle, Elias, and Knox. Seth's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Living by the book by Howard and William Hendricks.


Trevor Rosine, Pastor of Discipleship

Trevor's greatest desire is to glorify God and to shepherd youth to glorify God in their own lives. Trevor joined PHBC in September 2018 after serving with distinction as a youth ministry intern for five different youth ministries since 2012. During that time he also earned his bachelor's degree in youth ministry. Trevor is currently enrolled at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary studying for a Master's of Divinity. Trevor and his wife, Calley, have been married since 2015 and in June 2018 welcomed their first child, Caroline, and are looking forward to a new baby in 2021. Trevor's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Show Them Jesus by Jack Klumpenhower.


Nick McVay - MBTS Timothy Track Intern

Nick and Raegan come to us from Keokuk, IA. They are excited to start a new life in KC as they pursue Nick's education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nick and Raegan have hearts to see the Lord glorified in the local church. Nick will be learning many different facets of service, teaching and leading at PHBC. Nick's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Pilgrims Progress by John Bunyan.


Austin Jones - MBTS Timothy Track Intern [Picture Coming Soon]

Austin & Ashton come to us from Alabama. They are excited to start a new life in KC as they pursue Austin's education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Austin and Ashton have been involved in several churches before pursuing seminary training. Austin will be joining our shepherd's cohort and learning all about preparing sermons, handling ministry responsibilities and being involved at a deeper level in the local church. Austin's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is When People are Big and God is Small by Edward Welch.
