Seth Ross, Lead Pastor

Seth has a passion to see all people come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and to see them growing in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior. Seth joined the Park Hill Baptist Church family in August 2017 after serving the local body of Christ in Hutchinson, Kan. for six years. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Washburn University (Topeka, Kan.), a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is working on a Doctoral Studies program at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Seth and his wife, Edie, have three boys: Ryle, Elias, and Knox. Seth's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Living by the Book by Howard and William Hendricks.


Trevor Rosine, Pastor of Discipleship

Trevor's greatest desire is to glorify God and to shepherd youth and families to glorify God in their own lives. Trevor joined PHBC in September 2018 after serving with distinction as a youth ministry intern for five different youth ministries since 2012. During that time he also earned his bachelor's degree in youth ministry. Trevor graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master's of Divinity. Trevor and his wife, Calley, have been married since 2015 and in June 2018 welcomed their first child, Caroline, and their second child, Eleanor, in 2021. Trevor's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Show Them Jesus by Jack Klumpenhower.


Nick McVay - Former MBTS Timothy Track Intern

Nick and his wife, Raegan come to us from Keokuk, IA, and have been married since August 2018. Nick has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central College. They moved to KC to pursue Nick's education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nick has a heart for counseling and to see the Lord glorified in the local church. Nick's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is Pilgrims Progress by John Bunyan.



Raegan McVay - Executive Administrative Assistant

Raegan McVay (wife to Nick McVay) has a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Central College. Raegan has a heart for building deep relationships with those she comes into contact with in order to effectively share the love of Christ. She also has a heart for children's ministry and is excited to welcome her and Nick's first child in March 2022. Her favorite book in the Resource Center, currently, is When People are Big and God is Small by Edward Welch.


Austin Jones - Former MBTS Timothy Track Intern

Austin & Ashton come to us from Alabama. They are excited to have started a new life in KC as they pursue Austin's education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Austin and Ashton have been involved in several churches before pursuing seminary training. Austin has joined our shepherd's cohort and is learning all about preparing sermons, handling ministry responsibilities and being involved at a deeper level in the local church. Austin's favorite book, currently in the resource center, is When People are Big and God is Small by Edward Welch.
